Shipping & Returns

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We do ship to Canada.

Taxes

US and Canada:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags and documentation, in their original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:

For US returns: 

Contact customerservice@ascpens.com. Someone will reach out with a pre-printed return label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to you package and take the package to a drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is USD$10 for US returns which will be deducted from your refund. 

For non-US returns/purchases through dealers:

 customerservice@ascpens.com and someone will advise on steps to follow. If you purchased your pen through a dealer, all pen-related matters must go through the dealer. 

Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Once your exchange has been received and approved, you will receive a full store credit you can use for any other merchandise on our website. If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, there will be a 15% percent restocking fee.
